About the role At GrowthX, the Creative Studio is building a media house and as a Design Intern you will get a front-row seat to how visual content gets made for the top 1% of the startup ecosystem. This is not a coffee-runs internship: you will be hands-on from week one. What you will be doing • Support static design needs across multiple teams • Assist on creatives for YouTube, newsletters, and blogs • Contribute to landing pages, IP design, and GTM creatives • Create variants for A/B tests and learn which styles drive impact • Document your design decisions and sharpen our process What we are looking for • You learn by doing, take initiative, and want to own your work • Comfortable with uncertainty: scrappy, nimble, resourceful • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, or self-taught with a strong portfolio (0–1 years) • Working familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator Bonus points • Startup or fast-paced team experience • A Figma advocate active in design communities • You have dabbled in video editing with Premiere Pro or After Effects
