About the role You will own short-form video for GrowthX — taking interviews, sessions, and BTS into reels and shorts that build the brand and grow the community. What you will be doing • Edit 10+ shorts/reels per week across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Develop a consistent visual language for GrowthX shorts • Collaborate with content and community on hooks, scripts, and pacing • Track performance and iterate on what is working What we are looking for • Freshers welcome — a strong portfolio of short-form edits matters more than years of experience • Strong sense of pacing, hook-writing, and platform-native style • Fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro • A reel that proves you can hold attention past 3 seconds Bonus points • Motion graphics / After Effects chops • You have grown a creator channel and have the numbers to show for it
