GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team of ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.

Here is what you should understand about the Internship at GrowthX

We're looking for ambitious early talents to join our B2B Business team at GrowthX for a 3-month internship. If you're excited to work with top founders, hiring managers, and startup teams to help them hire growth, product, and marketing talent, this is your chance to be at the frontline of startup hiring. You’ll fit right in if you love solving problems, picking up the phone to speak with users, and taking ownership without waiting for instructions.

You will be joining the Business team — the team that helps companies find their next growth/product/marketing hire through the GrowthX community. Think LinkedIn but highly curated talent — individuals who’ve completed the GrowthX learning programs, built proof of work, and are ready to drive impact in startups.

This is not your typical internship where you’ll only shadow and observe. For 3 months, you will work directly with founders, hiring managers, and HR teams to help them hire the right talent - whatever it takes!

What will you be doing in thus role?
  • Speaking to founders, hiring managers & HR teams to understand their hiring needs and helping them understand how GrowthX can solve for them.
  • Managing inbound leads — guiding companies on how to use the GrowthX Talent platform and unblocking them wherever they are stuck.
  • Curating special onboarding experiences for every company that signs up, running kick-off calls, and setting up regular check-ins.
  • Understanding the user journey and setting automated communication flows using Clevertap/ similar tools.
  • Matchmaking with common data points - understanding the JD and recommending profiles of members who fit the requirement. Your analytical + interpersonal skills will be key to doing this well.

  • You have great communication and documentation skills — writing emails, pitches, and keeping track of every lead without dropping the ball.
  • You’re curious — you don't just take things at face value but ask why and dig deeper to find answers.
  • You’re comfortable talking to people in CXO roles — whether it’s a founder of a seed-stage startup or a hiring manager at a unicorn.
  • You thrive in uncertainty — you enjoy figuring things out, testing different approaches, and learning on the go.
