To scale this we need to scale & evolve the learning experience at GrowthX across current & new set of programs that really solve for their skill gaps (early / mid-senior / leadership).

This role is extremely rewarding if you get your high from creating journeys for someone to help them achieve significant milestones in life. You’ll be a part of the Outcomes team to change the way people choose, build and scale careers. The core part of your role is to build and design learning content + experience that helps our members crack interviews and unlock promotions. This includes building video content, blogs, frameworks, question banks & more by collaborating with functional leaders &  subject matter experts to help our members confidently and fundamentally approach any interview. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with some credible leaders in the startup world.

Who are we looking for?
Our learning & product role requires a set of skill set to thrive in the role.

Strong ability to research any topic/ problem solving.
As a learning product builder, you will work with internal and external stakeholders who are experts at product building, marketing, business strategy, leadership and org design. This means you will need to do a lot of research to design curriculum for learning programs, building conviction by speaking to more subject matter experts and primary/ secondary research. You will build learning programs across marketing, product, business primarily - this will require you to understand nuances of it.

Storytelling & Copy writing.
As a learning product builder you will write learning content for consumption. This could be in the form of learning resources, scripts for video resources, slides, templates, assignment designs & even communicating with learners in a specific learning program. Excellent writing skills to dumb down any complex concept and by using examples from the real world. You should have a core skillset of how to storytell complex concepts.

Project management.
You will own the beta testing, iterations and revisions on the learning product that you build. You will learn and evolve how to keep building resources for our members to crack any interview for growth roles and raise the bar every time we run a specific learning sprint. This involves communicating with faculty, video editors, creative team and of course the members.

Product first thinking.
Ability to work with product teams to ensure we are giving an AHA moment to learner every time they experience a learning program (live/hybrid).
