GrowthX was founded by Udayan Walvekar (Ex-growth leader Razorpay) & Abhishek Patil (Ex-growth leader CRED, Dunzo). Join a diverse team of ex-founders, growth, product leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists. If you're interested in working with a team building tomorrow's future leaders, you’ve come to the right place.

The longer vision. Helping our members accelerate their careers & companies is core to our business. Sure, every year, we are on track to impact 5000+ lives (future leaders), but our ambitions are much higher. We want to impact a million lives in the next 3 years through second-order effects. To scale this we need to build a full stack learning product to solve for skill gaps for four core functions - marketing, business, product & founders.

That’s where you come in. You’ll be a part of the learning experience team focused on building a full stack learning product specifically for the product function, essentially, building in depth content that helps product leaders learn a core skill and transform product folks from early → mid → leadership.

This involves 4 key components.

1. Understand and build a thesis around a skill gap.
You will co-build & execute the roadmap for product programs at GrowthX. We have spent time with our members to understand which core skillsets they lack in terms of product sense, core product building, strategy and tech. You will evolve the thesis on it and launch programs that make us a full stack learning product for product folks.

2. Create courses/ content with leaders with solid proof of work.
→ You will get the chance to work with some of the top product leaders from Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, CRED, Razorpay, Flipkart & more. You will define key learner goals with every learning program in product, design the content (framework + case studies) with the faculty & launch these programs using the product.

This has few important components.
First, the ability to build learning content that helps a learner think structurally about a specific product problem. For every program you will conduct user calls (know the learner better than anyone in the team), speak to multiple subject matter experts and understand outward substitutes in the market before nailing down what’s our whitespace on a particular learning program. Second, convert the framework that a leader has built over the years into content (slides/ mind-maps/ notion docs). Third, is actually produce this learning program with a set of experts in cinematography, script writing, video editing & more. This is one of the most cross functional roles on the team.

3. Launch learning programs & drive platform adoption.
→ You will act as an effective product marketer for all product programs. This means you will drive adoption of programs with existing members, help them create proof of work and evaluate them to fulfill key skill-gaps. → Your role here is a problem solver from the time a learning program is built to the time it hits the market (inside the GrowthX community & outside the club).

4. Evolution of learning programs.
→ College education, especially in India hasn’t evolved to drive applicability in the real world. This is because the curriculum on a skill does not evolve as fast as half the life of a skill (typical skill will die in a 3-4 year span). → We constantly evolve our learning programs so they are actionable on the next Monday morning at work for our members. This means we go back and learn from user feedback and implement changes to our curriculum, the cases we take, the new nuaces we cover with other few iterations. You will be the custodian on ensuring we are the most practical program for a specific skill.
