About the role
We run high-impact live learning events that bring together top professionals, expert operators, and ambitious learners - and we’re looking for someone who can own every second of the experience
From 4-hour deep-dives to expert-led sessions with leaders from top companies, your job is to make sure every session is seamless, energising, and high-converting. You’ll assist the Program Director, host events, manage ops and comms, and make sure every learner walks away saying, “That was the best session I’ve ever attended.”
What will you own?
1/ Sunday deep-dives
These are long-form, high-intensity workshops in our Advanced Growth Strategy program — attended by India's most ambitious operators. You’ll:
- Partner closely with the Program Director to run the show
- Own session logistics: calendar blocks, reminders, links, materials, backups
- Set the tone for the session and ensure a smooth, high-energy experience
- Solve real-time issues and manage the live session like a pro
- Capture insights and feedback to keep levelling up the learner experience
2/ Midweek masterclasses (45 Min Deep Dives)
Every week, we bring in top talent from companies like Razorpay, Zepto, Swiggy, CRED, and more. You’ll:
- Own speaker outreach + scheduling, and build real relationships with industry leaders
- Prep pre-read notes, GTM comms, and intro flows
- Host sessions (on/off camera) with confidence, poise, and curiosity
- Ensure everyone attending feels seen, heard, and energised
- Run post-session follow-ups, feedback loops, and next steps
