About the role
We're building the most transformative learning experience for professionals navigating interviews, promotions, career transitions, and long-term growth. At the heart of this is modular, project-first, AI-powered content — and we’re looking for a Program Manager who will own it end-to-end.
As a Program Manager, you won’t just manage content. You’ll research deeply, build rapidly, test often, and obsess over learner outcomes. You’ll partner with AI to scale content creation, but ensure it always feels human, structured, and deeply transformative.
What will you own?
1. Design & delivery
Craft learning modules that solve real user problems—cracking interviews, planning transitions, getting promoted, and more.
2. AI + automation
Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, and others to build and iterate at scale, without compromising quality.
3. User-Led research
Talk to real users. Reverse-engineer what works from real journeys. Build based on actual learner struggles, not theory.
4. Content innovation
Move fast. Ship prototypes. Test formats (Notion, Typeform, video, docs, AI flows). Rebuild from scratch if needed.

Create learning experiences that don’t just inform—they change behaviour and create outcomes.
