About the role:
The world is in the first inning of an AI revolution, and the noise is deafening. While others chase hype, we believe the real opportunity is in building durable, commercially-viable products. The next iconic companies will be built by serious founders who can actually ship. The question is: where do these builders go to connect, learn, and accelerate?

GrowthX is building the answer. This isn't a role for a typical community manager. We are looking for the founding architect of our AI first ecosystem-a product-minded builder who is deeply, obsessively immersed in the AI frontier. You will own the platform, set the agenda, and create the high-signal environment that attracts and accelerates the best minds in the industry.

What you'll build & Lead (Responsibilities):

You will be a part of the Platform team at GrowthX.

As the architect of our AI community ecosystem, your mission is to create undeniable value for the best AI builders in the world. This is a role for a builder who loves the entire process, from initial research to a successful launch.

1. Go from researcher to author: You will go deep to become a subject matter expert on building in AI. You’ll talk to industry leaders, analyze what's working, and distill complex topics into simple, powerful narratives. You'll then use this knowledge to architect the definitive playbook for our members.

2. Ship world-class learning products: You won't just create content; you'll build learning experiences. You'll own the entire lifecycle: designing the curriculum, writing compelling scripts and templates, beta testing with members, and iterating until you create that "AHA!" moment of understanding.

3. Launch high-impact initiatives: You will be the project owner for key community programs and product launches. This means managing the GTM, coordinating with creative teams and experts, and crafting the communication that gets members excited and engaged.

4. Drive the member value loop: You'll be the central node of the community, obsessed with member success. You'll go beyond just listening; you will design and ship constant experiments from new onboarding flows to different program formats-all designed to maximize member engagement and build a platform so valuable that no one wants to leave.

This role is for you, if (Qualifications & Req):

1. You're a proven builder who owns the full charter. You love taking an idea from 0 to 1. You have a track record of owning the entire product lifecycle—from initial research and creation to a successful GTM launch. You've likely honed this skill for at least 3 years in a modern, internet-first company, and your elegant project management keeps everything on track.

2. You're a gifted storyteller who builds transformation products. You have a special talent for making complicated things feel simple, and you know that great documentation is a key part of the story. You don't just share information; you build learning experiences that change the way people think and help them achieve their goals.

3. You're an AI insider with deep curiosity. Your obsession with the AI space is matched by your skill in conducting deep user, product, and market research. You don't just follow trends; you understand the 'why' behind them and can translate raw insights into a clear point of view and a concrete plan.

4. You're an owner with a startup mentality. The prospect of joining a small, fast-moving team energizes you. You thrive in ambiguity and want ownership. Accountability doesn't scare you; it motivates you. You are driven by impact, not tasks, and you're obsessed with finding fast, efficient ways to create value for our members.
Bonus Points: Previous startup experience. You have thrived in an unstructured, ambiguous environment.
