The longer version.
Helping our members accelerate their careers & companies is core to our business. Sure, every year we are on track to impact 5000+ lives (future leaders) but, our ambitions are much higher. We want to impact a million lives in the next 3 years through second order effects. To scale this we need to constantly evolve the way our members consume content, create proof of work & get feedback on their skill level.

That's where you come in.
You will own how the flagship 8 week GrowthX immersion program evolves and becomes the best onboarding learning experience ever. This function is one of our core bets on making GrowthX the full stack learning platform for business leaders. You need to be someone who thrives on making people learn & transform their lives.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with some credible leaders in the startup world. You will work in a team of experienced designers & operators to build this together. This function is one of our core bets on making GrowthX the bar of how learning experience for business leaders should happen.

Who are we looking for?

Bar raiser project management & operations experience.
You own how members experience their first learning program - including in online class experience, managing communications & creating knowledge base for learner to find answers to their solutions. This has execution level nuances of managing communications with members (active learners).

People skills & presence in live sessions.
You will work a lot across functionally in this role, with the creative studio team, engineering, marketing and of course with faculty (program directors who teach at GrowthX). You need to be an extroverted person, period. You will be driving a lot of things including co-hosting live learning sessions.

Evaluating learners based on set criteria.
You will own grading proof of work from members, how we help them get feedback so they improve their craft level. You will also evolve how this evaluation happens to ensure learners have understood a specific framework/ case study and are able to apply it to their product.

Course creation | storytelling & copy writing.
You will write learning content for consumption. This could be in the form of learning resources, slides, templates, assignment designs & even communicating with learners in a specific learning program. Excellent writing skills to dumb down any complex concept and by using examples from the real world. You should have a core skillset of how to storytell complex concepts.

Visual design.
You will be the first line of quality check of how a program is being delivered through slides/videos to learners (GrowthX members). This means you need to know what differentiates a good design from the bad.

Ability to build a communications layer to help learners.
This will help learners use the learning management system to get answers to all their doubts/ questions during their learning experience.
