Sure, every year we are on track to impact 5000+ lives (future leaders) but, our ambitions are much higher. We want to impact a million lives in the next 3 years through second order effects. To scale this we need to scale & evolve their offline experience at GrowthX that really solve for their pain points. These events should be their first choice of plan for their weekend.

That's where you come in.
This is a 3 months internship where you’ll be part of the team focused on building world class offline experiences. This involves ensuring a super smooth experience & memorable for our members. This function is one of our core bets on making GrowthX the best community for business leaders.

What will you do:

Flawless Execution
Take ownership of flawlessly executing all operations to ensure a bar raiser experience for our members throughout their event journey.

Documentation
You should have a process oriented mindset to thrive in the role. You will develop checklists and SOPs to ensure scalable processes across events.

Creative Outlook
You should be willing to give out creative ideas for event themes, activities, and experiences that will engage our members.

Run Of The Show
You will create detailed schedules and plans, known as the "Run of the Show," to ensure seamless execution of events. This involves outlining every aspect of an event, from setup to teardown, with precise timings and responsibilities.

Vendor Management
You should have a great attitude to build good relationship with the vendors to make them also our first choice. You will develop and maintain a database of reliable vendors, including contact details, services provided, and reviews.

On-Site Support
You should provide on-the-ground support during events, addressing attendee needs, managing and ensuring smooth operations.

Shipping Support
You will be taking up shipment responsibilities like shipping a small cake/gift to a community member for their personal win. You’d be their CHO(Chief happiness officer)
