About the role:
You will be a part of the Outcomes team at GrowthX.

This role is extremely rewarding if you get your high from creating journeys for people to help them achieve significant milestones in life. You’ll be a part of the Outcomes team to change the way people choose opportunities, build and scale careers. The core part of your role is to work closely with the members on understanding challenges and pain points, designing roadmaps to help them navigate through interviews and promotions, figuring out the best way to help user transform, experiment and iterate to ensure members are able to achieve their goals. You will work closely with the learning content builder and help them build solid resources - video, blog, frameworks, everything. You will own the direction of all the products and resources built for cracking interviews and promotions for anyone in product function across early, mid, senior roles. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with some credible leaders in the startup world.


Requirement and responsibilities:

This role requires a set of skills to thrive & compound -

1.Strong ability to research any topic/ problem solving.

As a product generalist, you will work with the learning content builder to design roadmaps, build resources and content. This means you will need to do a lot of research to design curriculum for learning programs, build conviction by speaking to more subject matter experts and via primary/ secondary research. You will build resources to help members crack and thrive in any product role - this will require you to understand everything involved in product interviews across different company stages/ industries/ interview rounds.

2.Storytelling & Copy writing.

As a product generalist, you will design the curriculum, & co-build the different formats of learning content. This could learning resources, scripts for video resources, slides, templates, assignment designs & even communicating with learners in a specific learning program. You need excellent writing skills to dumb down any complex concept and by using examples from the real world. You should have a core skillset of how to storytell complex concepts.


3.Project management.

You will own the beta testing, iterations and revisions on the learning product that gets built. You will learn and evolve how to keep building resources for our members to crack any interview for product roles and raise the bar every time we launch new resources. This involves communicating with experts, video editors, creative team and of course the members.

4.Product-first thinking.

Ability to work with product teams to ensure we are giving an AHA moment to members every time they experience the product.

5.Product Marketing and GTM

Positioning, storytelling, designing the end-to-end communication flow for users is critical for this role. You should be excited about GTM, with handson experience of executing product/feature launch campaigns.

6.Understand the startup mindset.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a content and product building role.
  • Worked at an internet company (new age product based company).
  • Have expertise storytelling & building transformation products.
  • Extremely good at conducting user/ product/ market research.
  • Love owning full stack charter from creation to GTM of products
  • Love storytelling & nailing documentation.
  • Elegant project management skills.
