What We're Looking For
GrowthX is building a learning platform to help professionals scale their companies and careers. The industry we're tackling is fragmented and complicated, so we are looking for someone who is excited about understanding complex user journeys and distilling them into intuitive solutions.
In this role, you will help shape GrowthX’s product and strategy. You will lead design direction across the company working with team members in product, engineering, content strategy, and learning experience.
Our business is thriving, our customer base continues to grow, and we believe the impact of this role will fuel our company to grow in unprecedented ways. As our product designer, you’ll design and shape the core experience of our platform and create the foundation for GrowthX to build upon for years to come.
What will you do?
- Own the design strategy end-to-end, primarily product design.
- Design the core product and experience, thinking creatively and pushing the boundaries of the way things have been
- Partner with Product on research, ideation, product strategy, and building an unmatched user experience
- Design and prototype high-fidelity flows with clear documentation detailing the rationale behind design choices.
- Build and champion a design-oriented way of working and thinking across the team
- Work closely with engineers to execute on designs and ship a high quality product,Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by user research, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate across operations and engineering teams to ship high-quality experiences that solve our users' problems.
- Define and document design decisions to optimize our internal process.
- Facilitate brainstorm sessions, design reviews, and iterations during sprints.

Your Technical Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of designing user experiences across platforms (web, desktop, and mobile).
- Product ownership. You can do user research, synthesize, ideate, prototype, and deliver high-fidelity designs for implementation.
- A deep desire to understand user needs, clearly define solutions and deliver those through thoughtful design.
Bonus Points
- Previous startup experience (you have thrived in an unstructured, ambiguous environment)
- HTML & CSS Knowledge
- You are a Figma advocate and you are part of different design communities.
- Experience designing Edtech, Health & Wellness apps
