About GrowthX
GrowthX is a membership club for leaders & founders. Our members are from Google, Amazon, Razorpay, Airbnb, CRED, Paytm, Zerodha, Swiggy- you name a startup and they’ll most likely be part of GrowthX.
The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second, a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it’s cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.
GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.
What differentiates a great learning from a bad one?
Great learning experiences have great outcomes. If you really think of it, all learning experiences that are bragged about have created an outcome for the learner and in turn transformation. Curated environments, people and experiences impact how well and fast we learn.
Transformation is at the core of learning at GrowthX
Learning is a core product at GrowthX. That means for our user, to go from Point A to Point B, Learning is one of the biggest levers. Learning is like fitness. Just like in fitness, you can break a goal down into smaller input levers. For example, if the goal is to lose 2 kgs in 3 months, the input levers to it would be working out for 60 mins & eating about 1300 calories a day. Similarly, for learning, the outcome can be broken down into 3 input levers:
- Consumption
- Creation
- Evaluation
And transformation is a given if these input levers are met.
The 3 pillars of learning at GrowthX
1. Consumption
Consumption is nothing but how easy it is to understand extremely complex subjects & how actionable the content is. How well is a complex topic broken down so that someone can apply it the very next day. With deeper consumption comes better learning.
2. Creation
Consuming content is just one part of the work. A huge chunk is creating proof of work to apply what what you’ve learnt. Imagine if we could just watch someone workout and get fit. But that’s not how it works right? Creating proof of work is where serendipity happens.
3. Evaluation
Evaluating the proof of work a member creates so they can iterate on it and further improve. Feedback loops are super important. In turn, understanding what needs to be built for consumption and creation.
Now, that you have this context,
What will you do?
