Curation is at the very core of how we think about getting new members to GrowthX fam. Sure, every 2 months we onboard 300 members to the GrowthX experience, generating the diversity everyone craves for in a learning community, .
What we are solving?
We face the exact same problem Y Combinator faces → too many applications. A good problem to have to when we are trying out a product market fit but as we scale stronger towards $5 million annual revenue, admissions team will do two important solutioning. First, help every website visitor to apply to GrowthX. Second, assess the right talent during the admission process & making sure they pay to onboard onto the community.
That's where you come in.
You’ll be integral part of content writing team at GrowthX. In this role, first owning discovery & trust with potential members, in 6 months you’ll own the entire funnel from how content helps us acquire, onboarding, engage our members & turn them into evangelists.
You’ll be working at the forefront of admissions team at GrowthX.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to own & grow the conversion funnel from traffic landing onto the GrowthX website to them onboarding to GrowthX community. In the next 12 months, you will own curating, assessing, converting & onboarding 5,000+ members to GX community. First owning optimising the top of the funnel & next creating content that helps the target users to go through the discovery of product → experiencing the product, faster.
You'll work on
→ Evolving the end to end admissions process at GrowthX
→ Improve website conversion rate using content / no-code tools
→ Increase funnel conversion from application start → member onboarding
→ Absolute proficiency in english communication. This role will require you to write great copy / speak to cross teams and sometime potential customers to understand deeper insights.
→ Proof of work on 3 segments - project management | copywriting | operations | CRO
→ Having a skillset on CRO (conversion rate optimisation) is a plus.
→ Aspiration & energy to raise the bar on the team.
