GrowthX is a membership club for leaders & founders. Our members are from Google, Amazon, Razorpay, Airbnb, CRED, Paytm, Zerodha, Swiggy- you name a startup and they’ll most likely be part of GrowthX.

The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it’s cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.

GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team of ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.

The longer version. Helping our members accelerate their careers & companies is core to our business. Sure, every year we are on track to impact 5000+ lives (future leaders) but, our ambitions are much higher. We want to impact a million lives in the next 3 years through second order effects. To scale this we need to scale & evolve the learning experience at GrowthX across current & new set of programs that really solve for their skill gaps (early / mid-senior / leadership).

What's the role? This is a 3 months structured internship program inside our Business team. You will be working with some of the top founders & companies to help them drive revenue for their org. 60% of your job will be sales and rest 40% in demand generation & marketing activities. You will be building resources and processes to help 100s of founders and companies everyday, this job requires you to work very closely with them.

What will you do?

Onboarding top founders & companies to GrowthX
Core metric to be tracked will be the number of members onboarded per learning experience.
  • Identifying good leads and understanding how GrowthX can be a part of their revenue journey.
  • Building a sustainable business funnel and processes.
  • Creating all sales collaterals.
  • Curating special onboarding plan, kick off call and regular check ins for accounts onboarded.
  • Creating a good feedback mechanism between the client.
Conducting online & offline events for our ICPs
Education & value communication is core at GrowthX. Over the last few months we have curated special events for 1000+ founders across the startup ecosystem. This involves-
  • Creating event IPs for different ICPs
  • Finalising speakers, agenda and format
  • Launching the event and owning registrations (GTM)
  • Partnering with brands & communities
  • Solving for event registrations to attendee ratio
You will work with the team to create such bar raiser events.

Content development
  • Creating playbooks, Blogs, resources & templates to help founders & companies set up process.
  • Building lead magnets and content pieces for demand generation.
Important Note: Only those who have graduated or are graduating in the batch of 2024 should apply for this internship. Bar raiser performers during the internship period will get a full time offer inside the GrowthX Community team at the end of the 3 month internship period.
