Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing: Utilize various platforms to source candidates, focusing on both quality and quantity.
- Recruitment process management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Data management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
You'll get this role if:
1. You have amazing communication skills, verbal and written.
2. Proven experience in hiring for non-tech role is a must-have.
3. Minimum 1+ yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition.
4. Have built teams in any startup before.
