About GrowthX
GrowthX is a membership club for leaders & founders. Our members are from Google, Amazon, Razorpay, Airbnb, CRED, Paytm, Zerodha, Swiggy- you name a startup and they’ll most likely be part of GrowthX.
The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it’s cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.
GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team of ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.

What's the role?
This is a 3 months structured internship program inside our Community team. The core goal of the team is to develop interesting conversations that help in building connections, knowledge sharing and driving engagement. You’ll be interacting and working with some of the top early stage founders and operators of India’s startup ecosystem to make it happen.
What will you do?
Immerse yourself
You will start interacting with the members from day 1. First week will focus on understanding our users, what their goal(s) & interests are and what conversations + connections they are looking for along with immersing yourself in the GrowthX Slack and community platform.
Host online sessions
You’ll be responsible for hosting engaging & outcome driven sessions on a regular basis. You’ll own each session end to end, identifying the topic → reaching out to a relevant GrowthX member → doing the GTM inside the community → hosting the session live on Zoom → feedback and sharing takeaways. These sessions result in some of the most interesting product & growth related conversations happening in the ecosystem.
Build community resources
You’ll engage with members to build useful list of tools or resources that can help members in their work, from lists of AI or marketing tools, interesting reads or list of vetted agencies & freelancers.
Build & enable micro-communities
Within the GrowthX community, there are several small channels that exists from the founder or women circle to travel, bookclubs or sports groups. You’ll be working with leaders (top members) within each of these to enable engaging and curated conversations.
Start and moderate community discussions
You’ll kickstart interesting conversations basis what is happening in the larger startup ecosystem and moderate existing conversations to ensure hygiene & adherence to the community guidelines.
Reward special members
You’ll act as the Chief Happiness Officer of the community and ship rewards to members who showcase the best of GrowthX’s community values.
Track engagement and retention
Lastly, you’ll track and understand the impact of your efforts in maintaining and improving engagement and retention metrics across community products.

Important Note: Only those who have graduated or are graduating in the batch of 2024 should apply for this internship. Bar raiser performers during the internship period will get a full time offer inside the GrowthX Community team at the end of the 3 month internship period.
