GrowthX is a membership club for leaders & founders. Our members are from Google, Amazon, Razorpay, Airbnb, CRED, Paytm, Zerodha, Swiggy- you name a startup and they’ll most likely be part of GrowthX.

The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second, a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it’s cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.

GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game 

The longer version. Helping our members accelerate their careers & companies is core to our business. Sure, we are on track to impact 5000+ lives (future leaders) every year, but our ambitions are much higher. We want to impact a million lives in the next 3 years through second-order effects. To scale this, the first step is to scale & evolve the curation experience at GrowthX across multiple functions (Marketing/Product/Business/Engineering/Design/Analytics), founders (first/seasoned) and different career stages (early/mid-senior/leadership).

That's where you come in. 
You’ll be part of the membership team focused on curating the crem-de-la-crem talent from India. This involves helping applicants get familiar with GrowthX, our products, our community, our evaluation process, evaluate them, curate & build a world-class curation/admissions process. In this role, you'll be able to interact with some incredible leaders/operators in the startup world. You will work with a team of experienced counselors, curators, & marketers to build this together. 

This function plays a key role in curating the right set of founders & operators for the GrowthX community.

Who are we looking for? 
Our member curator role requires skills to thrive in the role.

1. Strong ability to research any topic/problem-solving. 
As a curator, you will evaluate some of the marquee leaders who are experts at product building, marketing, business strategy, leadership, and organizational design. This means you will need to do extensive research to understand their motivations and abilities and build cases to evaluate.

2. Onboard new members. 
With over ~10,000 applications for GrowthX memberships, we have a good problem of curation. You will own outreach and counseling applicants daily. You will be the guiding light to clarify all our applicants about career decisions, life decisions, GrowthX, our learning products, outcomes for GX members, GX community events, and alternatives. Essentially, you will help applicants make the next best-informed decision regarding their goals/outcomes.

3. Storytelling & Copywriting. 
As a curator, you will also work on different communication channels. This could be in the form of WhatsApp messages, scripts for calls, emails, on-product communications, and even hosting online/offline events, including our jamming session. Excellent writing and communication skills to dumb down any complex concept and use examples from the real world. You should have a core skill set for turning confusion into clarity.

4. People skills & presence in live sessions. 
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the creative studio, engineering, marketing, learning experience, outcomes, and community team. You need to be an extroverted person, period. You will be driving a lot of things, including co-hosting live jamming sessions.
