Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled B2C Product Manager with advanced SEO expertise to drive organic growth for large-scale consumer-facing products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building and scaling web or app products, implementing product-led SEO strategies, and managing both technical and business aspects of growth.
This role requires at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and at least one instance of managing traffic exceeding 1M+ monthly visits.
What will you do ?
- Own Large-Scale Consumer Products
- Manage high-traffic web or app products (1M+ monthly visits).
- Design user-focused features that engage and scale the platform.
- Drive SEO as the Primary Growth Engine
- Designing and optimizing product features to attract organic traffic.
- Ensuring consistent traffic growth even when algorithms change.
- Scale Products from Early to Mature Stages
- Taking a product from minimal traffic or MVP stage to a well-established platform.
- Managing complex roadmap planning and feature prioritization for growth.
- Execute Advanced SEO Strategies
- Oversee site architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, and structured data.
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content optimization and link building.
- Build and Optimize SEO Tools and Frameworks
- Rolling out site sections, widgets, or interactive tools that generate organic backlinks and user engagement.
What are we Looking For?
- Product Management Expertise
- Strong skills in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, data-driven decision-making, user journey optimization.
- Ability to define clear success metrics (like monthly active users, conversions, SEO-driven traffic).
- SEO Mastery
- Technical SEO: site architecture, page speed, schema markup, indexing strategies.
- Content SEO: keyword research, content gap analysis, on-page optimization.
- Backlinking at scale: product-led initiatives for link-building and brand reach.
- Experience building or enhancing SEO “magnets” (tools, resources, sections) that attract and retain traffic.
- Programmatic and Scalable Growth Strategies
- Experience with large data sets, structured content, automation, or dynamic landing pages.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for high-impact SEO changes.
- Strong understanding of scaling web presence for both desktop and mobile, possibly across multiple regions.
- Technical Collaboration
- Partner with development teams for API integrations, performance optimization, and front-end enhancements.
- Ability to conduct product experiments that hinge on engineering feasibility.
- B2C & Web-Heavy Product Experience
- Managing products that rely heavily on consumer interaction and user growth.
- Familiarity with marketplace or platform models
- Industry Expertise
- Prior experience managing consumer-facing products reliant on organic growth.
- Familiarity with marketplace or platform business models is a plus.
Good to have:
- 5+ years of product management experience (B2C focus)
- Background in scaling large-scale platforms in industries like job portals, marketplaces, or AI-led SEO initiatives.
- Exposure to advanced SEO tools or technologies.
- Familiarity with global traffic scaling across multiple regions and devices (desktop & mobile).
- Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, advanced A/B testing frameworks, and innovative growth mechanisms.
