About the role
One of the ways GrowthX helps members stay ahead is through high-intensity, hands-on AI Buildathons in partnership with leading AI companies. These are advanced, execution-focused experiences where professionals build real systems, solve real business problems, and learn technologies before they become mainstream.
We are looking for a Community Intern to help us scale these experiences.
What you will be doing
- Enable AI Buildathons at scale: own the execution and growth of ~15 Buildathons every month by building playbooks, handbooks, operating processes, and support systems
- Own GTM for events: craft event narratives, write landing pages, develop distribution strategies, and improve conversion
- Spot important trends before everyone else across AI models, workflows, and products
- Build and nurture the Host Club of community ambassadors
- Contribute to product and operations: ship small product improvements and event workflows
