What's the role?

You will own the community experience at GrowthX. That means figuring out what 5,500+ ambitious professionals need from an AI-first community, then building systems and real-life experiences that deliver on it.

This is not an events coordinator role. This is not a community manager role where you post polls and reply to comments. This is a strategic, systems-oriented role where you decide what experiences people need, build the playbooks for how they happen, train the people who run them, and measure what's working.

You will think about city-level programming, host development, member matchmaking, onboarding flows, retention loops, and format innovation. You will build the operating system for how a community of India's best professionals actually runs.

What is AI Native

We need to be specific about this. “I use ChatGPT” is not what we're looking for.

You should already be building workflows and agents on your own. You should be automating parts of your life that most people still do manually. You think in prompts, chains, and systems. You've probably wired together tools like Claude, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts to eliminate repetitive work. You reach for AI before you reach for a spreadsheet.

At GrowthX, AI is not a department. It is the default mode. If you are not already living this way, this role will feel foreign.

What will you do?
Own the end-to-end community experience: what members do in their first week, their first month, and their first year.
Design and systematize real-life experiences across 11+ cities. Think formats, host selection, venue strategy, feedback loops.
Build and manage the Host Club: a network of member-hosts who run events in their cities. You'll train them, build their playbooks, and hold the quality bar.
Create onboarding and activation systems that move members from “I just joined” to “I showed up, met three people, and learned something real.”
Run the vetting and curation process for new member applications. Maintain the quality bar that makes GrowthX worth being part of.
Build AI-powered workflows for everything: member matching, event recommendations, engagement tracking, feedback analysis.
Work directly with the founder to shape what GrowthX becomes as a community product.
What you bring
Structured thinking. You break ambiguous problems into systems, sequences, and feedback loops.
Great judgment. You can look at 200 applications and know which 18 belong. You can look at 10 event ideas and know which 3 will land.
AI-native habits. You build agents, automate workflows, and use AI as infrastructure — not as a novelty.
High bar for experience design. You've attended something that changed how you think about what a “community event” can be, and you want to build that for others.
Clear, direct communication. You write well. You give feedback without softening it into nothing.
