About the role
You'll work alongside the GrowthX community team to onboard new members, run programs, and nurture the connections that make our community feel like home for ambitious operators.
What you'll do
- Onboard new members and make their first week unforgettable
- Run AMAs, meetups, and online programs end-to-end
- Surface insights from member conversations and feed them back into product
- Own community ops: rituals, content calendars, and engagement loops
What we're looking for
- You spend a lot of time online and have built or moderated a community before
- Strong written communication — you can write a message that 500 people actually read
- High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do
- Available full-time in Bengaluru for a 6-month internship

- You've shipped a Substack, podcast, or YouTube channel of your own
- Comfort with Notion, Slack/Discord, Airtable, and basic analytics
